Privacy policy
This policy explains what FASTIK does with the details you send through the «Book a demo» form, as required by article 13 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Controller
The controller is the owner of this site, Not yet published (full details in the legal notice). Contact: info@fastik.es. FASTIK has no data protection officer.
What data
Name, company, email, phone (optional), your message (optional) and the language of the page you send the request from.
What for
Only to reply to your demo request. It is not used for newsletters or added to any list.
Legal basis
Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Your IP address
It is stored pseudonymised with a key, only to limit abusive submissions, and deleted after 24 hours. The basis is the legitimate interest in keeping the service secure (article 6(1)(f) and recital 49 GDPR).
Which details are required
Name, company and email are needed to reply to you. Phone and message are not.
Who else processes it
These providers process it on FASTIK's behalf (processors): Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting and execution), Resend (email delivery) and DonDominio (the mailbox that receives the requests).
Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Yes. Resend keeps metadata and logs in the US even though the email is sent from Ireland, and the Vercel function that receives the form currently runs in the US (region iad1). These transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses.
How long
Your request is kept for 12 months from when you send it; the pseudonymised IP, for 24 hours. If you ask for erasure, the email received in the mailbox is deleted too.
Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@fastik.es. We reply within one month. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
